Thank you for booking your Axe Throwing experience with Smoke & Steel. We
can’t wait to have you visit Bangor’s Most Exciting Restaurant and Bar!
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your reservation. This will give you
lots of time to ask questions, complete waivers if necessary, prepare for a great
time and kick some Axe!
Here’s a little more information you should know.
If you have questions please call us at 207-573-1314.
WAIVER: All participants must read and accept our Release of Liability form
before participating in any axe throwing activities. Children under 13 are not
allowed to throw axes due to insurance regulations. Children 13-17 must be
accompanied by an adult.
BRING CLOSED TOE SHOES: Each thrower must wear closed toe shoes while
handling an axe.
DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE AND DO NOT DRINK AND THROW AXES
You’re welcome to enjoy our amazing collection of beer, wine and liquor while at
Smoke & Steel. But if you over indulge, in our judgement, you will NOT be
allowed in an Axe Throwing lane. Basically if we “suspect” you’re intoxicated,
we’ll sit your axe down and/or ask you to leave.
This is done at the discretion of our Axe team or Smoke & Steel management.
If you are asked to leave the axe throwing area for any reason that potentially
adversely effects the safety of others, you will not receive a refund.
Fun and safety are our priorities.
CANCELLATIONS:
Full or Partial refunds are subject cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or
reschedule your booking or event, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’
notice your money will be refunded or transferred to your new reservation,
whichever you prefer.
If you cancel with less than the required notice period, your payment will be
forfeited.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate groups that exceed
the maximum number of participants in your reservation. If your group size
changes, please give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
MANAGEMENT'S DISCRETION:
Game of Axes reserves the right to refuse admittance, cease to provide services
to, or eject any individual or group of individuals that fail to abide by the published
rules and regulations of the event, and/or the direction of Game of Axes staff,
without refund or recourse.
